Siberian Fir Abies sibirica

With a fresh, woody scent, Siberian Fir can help balance your emotions and soothe anxious feelings.

How does it work?

The Siberian fir tree is a conifer with soft, flat, light green needles. It can grow to be 100 to 115 feet (30-35 m) tall. It can live up to 200 years.

The essential oil is distilled from the needles, which have a strong aroma. Collectors gather the needles of Siberian fir trees that have been logged, then distill those needles using either their own distillation units or communal distillation units that are in the forests.

Generating Jobs

Our Siberian Fir sourcing initiative supports collectors and small-scale distillers of Siberian fir needles, who use the added income to support their needs.
